The Grandhotel Hessischer Hof is one of the most iconic properties in Frankfurt’s hotel scene. Following a comprehensive renovation, it will become the first five-star hotel in Germany operated by Indian Hotels Company Limited. Located across from the Frankfurt Trade Fair and in the immediate vicinity of the financial district, the building has a gross floor area of approximately 13,000 square meters.

As part of the renovation, the existing building structure and the property’s historic elements are being carefully preserved and enhanced. The plans include 134 rooms and suites, a presidential suite measuring approximately 180 square meters, event spaces, a restaurant, a bar, several terraces, a winter garden, and a new spa and fitness area.

TKS is responsible for the comprehensive planning and construction services and will oversee the project through to completion.
