TAJ HESSISCHER HOF FRANKFURT
An icon of the city of Frankfurt, the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof, has undergone a remarkable transformation. As the general contractor, TKS renovated the hotel rooms, public areas, and spa—laying the foundation for the Indian Hotel Company Limited’s first Taj hotel in Germany.

RHINE-RUHR CENTER, MÜLHEIM
The Rhein-Ruhr Center on the outskirts of Mülheim/Essen is being converted into a shopping resort. TKS is responsible for demolition, building construction—including structural steelwork—building services, and interior finishing.

TIERGARTEN TOWER, BERLIN
The Dalata Hotel Group’s second Clayton Hotel in Germany is being built in Berlin’s Tiergarten Tower. TKS is carrying out a comprehensive renovation of 274 rooms, optimizing the energy efficiency of the technical systems, and revitalizing the public areas dedicated to dining and wellness.

CHATEAUFORM WALDTHAUSEN
Located between Mainz and Budenheim, the historic Waldthausen Castle has been transformed into an international seminar center for the French group Châteauform. TKS converted the property into a conference center, redesigned all floors, and completely renovated the guest rooms and bathrooms in the seminar buildings.

TKS Engineering handles architecture and building systems in-house. Technical decisions are made right where construction takes place. This streamlines coordination and allows for reliable cost and schedule estimates early on.

In design-build projects, we develop the design and execution in collaboration with the client and manage the project through to handover. Construction typically takes place within existing structures, often while operations continue.
